By using BiteNote, you agree to these terms. They are short and plain.

What BiteNote is

An informal calorie-and-macro estimator. It is not medical advice. Estimates are inherently uncertain — that is why we always show ranges. Do not use BiteNote for clinical decisions, eating-disorder treatment, or anything else where precision matters.

Eligibility

You must be 18+ to use this service. By tapping the consent button, you confirm your age.

Payments (Telegram Stars)

• All paid plans (Lite/Pro) are charged in Telegram Stars.
• Subscriptions are time-bound: Lite = 7 days, Pro = 30 / 90 / 365 days. They do not auto-renew.
• Refunds: within 24 hours of purchase if no estimation has been used. Contact contact@bitenote.eu.

Acceptable use

• One Telegram account per person.
• No abuse of free tier (rotating accounts).
• No illegal content.

Service availability

BiteNote is provided "as is". We do our best for uptime but make no guarantees. We may pause or discontinue the service with notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 30 days.

Governing law

Polish law. Disputes resolved in courts of Warsaw.
